WIth respect to all the hard working pharmacists, the days of the Yellow Pages and the 1990's are long gone. Sometimes I am not able to persuade some older pharmacists that it matters. The attitude appears to be "well, everyone drives past and knows we are here". No. This is no longer true, for many reasons.

What do I do with it?

How quickly will I start getting Google Reviews?

Google feedback often pretty low so it wont take long for you to put many more than you had at the beginning. Its not uncommon to start the week at 12 and end at 22. The more stickers the better. 

Train your staff to start asking – your reviews will rise and you will get more customers – promise!

After the Pandemic customers are more willing to show their appreciation that ever before. This makes it easy to do that
